The Company was incorporated under the name of ‘TILAK FINANCE LIMITED’ on 18th of August, 1980 with the main object of investing, acquiring holding and dealing of shares, securities, etc.
The Company in the year 2011, changed its main object to Travel Portal business and as well as the name of the Company to ‘OUT OF CITY TRAVEL SOLUTIONS LIMITED‘. Later in 2012, the Company sold its travel portal business and currently carrying on its investing activities.
